Victoria Steele is an arts and non-profit management consultant with over 30 years’ management experience in Canadian theatre, including 19 years with the National Arts Centre.  She is also currently a part-time professor of Theatre Administration at the University of Ottawa and board chair of le Théâtre la Catapulte.
